QUALIFICATIONS: As per CBSE norms. Candidates must have the requisite educational qualifications and experience relevant to their position. A B.Ed. degree and proficiency in teaching are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PGT:
- Develop and implement lesson plans for senior classes.
- Prepare students for board examinations.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous professional development.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Conduct and assess practical and theoretical sessions.
- TGT:
- Teach and manage classes in accordance with CBSE curriculum.
- Design and evaluate assessments.
- Encourage student participation and intellectual growth.
- Maintain student records and provide constructive feedback.
- PRT:
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans for primary classes.
- Implement diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.

- Strong command over the subject matter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.

- Prior teaching experience preferred.
