Responsibilities

Preschool Teacher:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Daycare Teacher:

• Provide attentive and loving care to children.
• Plan engaging activities to promote learning and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive program.

Admin Staff:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Handle inquiries from parents and prospective clients.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Support the teaching staff and assist in school events and activities.

Requirements

Preschool Teacher:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience in teaching or working with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education.

Daycare Teacher:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in early childhood education is a plus.
• Experience in childcare or related field.
• Caring and patient nature.
• Ability to engage children in meaningful activities.

Admin Staff:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
• Previous administrative experience in an educational setting preferred.
