Responsibilities:
- For Teachers:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that meet the CBSE curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Foster a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- For Wardens:
- Supervise and manage the residential facilities ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the hostel.
- Coordinate with the teaching staff to support students’ academic and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain discipline and a supportive environment for the students.
Requirements:
- For Teachers:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching at the high school or primary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administration.
- For Wardens:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain discipline.
