Position Available:
1. Center Head
As the Center Head, you will be the driving force behind the overall management and success of our Kidzee center in Greater Noida West. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the center, maintaining the highest standards of education and care. This role demands a leader who can motivate and guide a team of teachers while fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring adherence to Kidzee’s policies and guidelines.
Lead and mentor a team of teachers, providing support and guidance in curriculum implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Manage admissions, student records, and overall administrative tasks.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff.
Organize and lead events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings to enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven experience in managing a preschool or educational institution.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
2. Teachers
We are looking for dedicated Teachers who are passionate about educating young children. As a Teacher at Kidzee, you will play a critical role in the cognitive, social, and emotional development of the children under your care. You will create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that align with Kidzee’s curriculum.
Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and respected.
Monitor and assess the development of each child, providing personalized attention to support their growth.
Communicate regularly with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and any concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your teaching skills.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience in teaching preschool or young children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
