Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily functioning and management of the school’s academic activities.
- Implement and monitor educational plans, ensuring they align with the school’s standards and goals.
- Lead the teaching staff by providing support, guidance, and mentorship.
- Organize and execute creative learning activities and events that foster student engagement.
- Manage teacher schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in coordination with school management.
- Actively participate in curriculum planning and enhancement to maintain high teaching standards.
- Maintain effective communication with teachers, students, and parents.
- Ensure that educational targets and timelines are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Teacher In Charge or in a similar leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong management skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken English.
- Creativity in designing and executing visual presentations and classroom activities.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work towards achieving targets.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible working hours with the capacity to adjust to the needs of the school.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills to handle student and parent concerns.
