Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Vision:
  As the Principal, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the school and ensuring that we maintain high academic standards and a nurturing environment. You will guide the faculty in implementing modern teaching techniques and maintaining discipline while fostering creativity and curiosity in students.
• Academic Excellence:
  Ensure that the CBSE curriculum is effectively implemented and that the school achieves outstanding results in board exams. You will be tasked with overseeing all academic programs, ensuring that students have access to a broad and balanced education that equips them for life beyond school.
• Team Management & Development:
  As a leader, you will supervise and inspire a team of teachers and administrative staff. You will be responsible for teacher recruitment, training, and professional development, ensuring that the school staff remains motivated and up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Parent & Community Engagement:
  Actively engage with parents and the local community, ensuring strong communication and collaboration. You will be the face of the school in the community, promoting its values and achievements while listening to and addressing the concerns of parents and guardians.
• Administrative & Financial Management:
  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure development. You will work closely with the school management to ensure that the school runs efficiently and within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Master’s degree in education or a related field.
• At least 10 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
