1. Principal – Gurukul Centre for Special Children
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Gurukul Centre for Special Children as the Principal. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of special education and a passion for working with children with diverse needs.
- Qualifications: The candidate must hold a Master’s or Graduate degree along with a B.Ed. in Special Education.
- Registration: It is essential that the candidate is registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of teaching and administrative experience in a Special School is required. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing educational programs and leading a team of educators.
- Responsibilities: As the Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management of the school, including academic leadership, staff supervision, curriculum development, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations. You will also play a key role in developing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students and working closely with parents, teachers, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
2. I.T. Teacher
We are looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an I.T. Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in information technology and a passion for teaching.
- Qualifications: The candidate should possess a degree such as BCA, B.Sc. in Information Technology, B.Sc. in Computer Science, or a Diploma in IT.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply, although candidates with up to 1 year of teaching experience will be given preference.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of Robotics and proficiency in MS-CIT will be considered an added advantage.
- Responsibilities: The I.T. Teacher will be responsible for teaching computer science and IT subjects to students at the Primary and Secondary School levels, as well as in Junior College. You will be expected to design engaging lesson plans, conduct practical sessions, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements to incorporate into the curriculum.
3. I.T. Engineer
We are in search of a qualified I.T. Engineer who can manage and maintain our institution’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hardware engineering and networking.
- Qualifications: The candidate must hold a graduate degree along with a Diploma in Hardware Engineering and Networking.
- Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates who are certified in CCNE (Cisco Certified Network Engineer) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
- Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in IT management and support are preferred.
- Responsibilities: The I.T. Engineer will be responsible for managing the school’s computer networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to staff and students. You will also be involved in maintaining the school’s digital resources and assisting in the implementation of new IT systems.
4. Administrative Clerk
We are looking for a competent and organized Administrative Clerk to handle the day-to-day administrative tasks of our institution. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and proficient in office management software.
- Qualifications: The candidate should possess a B.Com. or B.A. degree, preferably from an English-medium institution.
- Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Office is essential. The candidate should also have good typing skills in both English and Marathi, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
- Responsibilities: The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for maintaining records, managing correspondence, handling financial transactions, and assisting with the overall administration of the institution. You will also be required to support the teaching and non-teaching staff in their day-to-day tasks.
5. Female Peon
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Female Peon to assist in the smooth functioning of our institution. The ideal candidate should be hardworking and willing to perform a variety of tasks.
- Qualifications: The candidate must have completed HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Experience: While 2-3 years of experience is preferred, freshers who are eager to learn and grow are also encouraged to apply.
- Responsibilities: The Female Peon will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the school premises, assisting teachers and students as needed, and performing other duties as assigned by the school management. This role requires a candidate who is punctual, responsible, and has a positive attitude.
