We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions for our Siwan Branches:
1. PGT (Post Graduate Teachers) – Science Stream:
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics for senior secondary students (Classes XI-XII) as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, discussions, experiments, and technology-integrated learning, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
- Provide individualized guidance and support to students to enhance their understanding and academic performance.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations and other competitive exams.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in their subject area and pedagogical practices.
- Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Prior experience teaching senior secondary classes in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.
- Strong subject matter expertise and excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
2. PGT (Post Graduate Teachers) – Commerce Stream:
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, or other relevant commerce subjects for senior secondary students (Classes XI-XII) as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, case studies, discussions, and technology-integrated learning, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and project work.
- Provide individualized guidance and support to students to enhance their understanding and academic performance.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations and other relevant entrance exams.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in their subject area and pedagogical practices.
- Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, or a related commerce discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Prior experience teaching senior secondary classes in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.
- Strong subject matter expertise and excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to relate theoretical concepts to real-world applications.
3. TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers) – All Subjects:
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons in various subjects (English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, etc.) for middle and secondary school students (Classes VI-X) as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including interactive sessions, group activities, projects, and technology-integrated learning, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and class participation.
- Provide individualized support to students to address their learning needs and enhance their understanding.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure curriculum coherence and school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in co-curricular activities and school events.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.
- Strong subject matter knowledge and effective communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
4. PRT (Primary Teachers) – All Subjects:
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons in all subjects (English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, etc.) for primary school students (Classes I-V) as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of child-centered teaching methodologies, including storytelling, games, activities, and technology-integrated learning, to make learning fun and effective.
- Assess and monitor student progress through observation, classwork, and informal assessments.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes the holistic development of young learners.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed./JBT or equivalent primary teacher training qualification is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated primary school is preferred.
- Strong subject matter knowledge and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
