Detailed Job Descriptions and Requirements:

1. Teachers for All Subjects (English & Gujarati Medium) – Jr./Sr. K.G., Primary, Secondary

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans in either English or Gujarati medium, aligned with the school curriculum and relevant educational standards for the respective grade level and subject.
    • Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
    • Assess student progress through regular assignments, projects, tests, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for students.
    • Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in their respective subject areas and pedagogical practices.

  • Responsibilities:
