- Manage and evaluate the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, the management, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the school.
- Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a recognized school.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A clear understanding of CBSE guidelines and best educational practices.
2. VICE PRINCIPAL:
- Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school.
- Oversee specific academic and administrative functions as delegated by the Principal.
- Support the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of teachers and other staff.
- Address student and parent concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined school environment.
- Deputize for the Principal in their absence.
- Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as a senior teacher or coordinator in a recognized school.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and best educational practices.
3. RECEPTIONIST:
- Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional impression of the school.
- Manage the school’s front desk, handling inquiries, directing visitors, and managing phone calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Provide general information about the school to parents and the public.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. CASHIER:
- Responsibilities:

- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong numerical and accounting skills.
- Proficiency in basic accounting software and MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. DANCE TEACHER (Female):
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate dance lessons for students of various age groups.
- Teach different dance forms, fostering creativity and appreciation for dance.
- Organize and choreograph dance performances for school events.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for dance activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for school events.
- Qualifications:

- Proven experience in teaching dance to school students.
