As an Expert Primary Teacher (PRT) at G.V. Public School, Rewari, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and the school’s educational philosophy. You will play a crucial role in fostering their foundational knowledge, developing their essential skills, and nurturing their social and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Curriculum Implementation: Effectively delivering the CBSE curriculum in your designated subject(s) or as a Mother Teacher, ensuring a comprehensive and age-appropriate learning experience for primary students.
• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Developing and implementing creative, interactive, and engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote active participation among students.
• Classroom Management: Creating and maintaining a positive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and respectful interaction.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assessing student progress through a variety of methods, including observation, assignments, projects, and formal assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Individualized Attention: Identifying and addressing the individual learning needs of students, providing differentiated instruction and support to ensure all students are challenged and successful.
• Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other primary teachers, subject coordinators, and school administrators to ensure a cohesive and integrated learning experience for students across different subjects and grade levels.
• Parent Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with parents regarding their child’s academic progress, social-emotional development, and any relevant classroom matters.

• Mother Teachers:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a nurturing and caring approach.
  • Ability to create a warm and supportive learning environment for young children.
  • Experience in early childhood education or working with young children is preferred.

• PRT – Math:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a major subject.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) with Mathematics as a teaching subject is preferred.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of mathematics and the ability to make it engaging and accessible to young learners.
  • Experience in teaching primary level mathematics, potentially incorporating Abacus techniques, is desirable.

• PRT – English:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with English as a major subject.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) with English as a teaching subject is preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, and a passion for fostering literacy skills in young children.
  • Experience in teaching primary level English, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and creative writing, is desirable.

• PRT – Abacus:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Certification or training in Abacus teaching methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to effectively teach Abacus techniques to primary students to enhance their calculation skills.
  • Experience in teaching Abacus to young children is preferred.

• PRT – Social Science:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with History, Geography, Political Science, or Economics as a major subject.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) with Social Science as a teaching subject is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social science concepts and the ability to make them relatable and engaging for young learners.
  • Experience in teaching primary level Social Science, fostering an understanding of their world and society, is desirable.

• PRT – Computer Science:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) with Computer Science as a teaching subject is preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of computer basics, software applications, and age-appropriate programming concepts.
  • Ability to make computer science engaging and accessible to young learners, fostering their digital literacy skills.
  • Experience in teaching primary level Computer Science is desirable.

• PRT – General Science:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with Physics, Chemistry, or Biology as a major subject.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) with Science as a teaching subject is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic scientific principles and the ability to make science engaging and relevant for young learners.

• PRT – Art and Craft:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field, or a strong background and demonstrable skills in various art and craft forms.
