• Primary Teacher (PRT):

  • English (2 Positions)
  • Maths & EVS (1 Position)
  • Hindi (1 Position)
  • English, Maths, and Science (2 Positions)

  As a Primary Teacher at St. Mary’s, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for young learners’ academic journey. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive lessons, fostering a love for learning, and nurturing their holistic development. We are looking for individuals with a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to teaching. A strong understanding of child psychology and effective classroom management techniques are essential.

• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Middle School:

  • English (1 Position)
  • Geography/History/Civics (1 Position)

  As a TGT for Middle School, you will be instrumental in guiding students through a critical stage of their academic growth. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in your specialized subject, fostering critical thinking skills, and preparing students for the rigors of higher secondary education. We seek individuals with a deep understanding of their subject matter, effective pedagogical skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate young adolescents.

• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – High School:

  • Geography (1 Position)
  • Maths (1 Position)

  As a PGT for High School, you will be a subject matter expert, responsible for delivering advanced curriculum and preparing students for board examinations and beyond. You will be expected to have a strong command of your subject, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (for Maths), and the ability to engage and challenge high school students. Experience in teaching the CISCE curriculum at the high school level is highly desirable.

Non-Academic Positions Open:

We are also seeking dedicated and efficient individuals for the following non-academic positions:

• Accounts Officer – ERP & Accounts (1 Position):

  The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing the school’s financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of accounting principles are essential. Responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits.

• Front Office Officer – Administration (1 Position):

  The Front Office Officer will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational abilities are crucial for this role. Responsibilities will include managing phone calls, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.

• Office Administration Officer – HR / Operations (1 Position):

  The Office Administration Officer will play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of the school’s administrative and operational aspects, with a focus on Human Resources. Responsibilities will include assisting with HR functions such as recruitment and employee records, managing office supplies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.

  • For PGT: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
  • For Non-Academic Roles: Relevant degree or experience as specified for each position.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to interact effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
• Effective Teaching Methodologies (for Academic Roles): A repertoire of engaging and innovative teaching techniques that cater to diverse learning styles.
