Tagore International School, Bhadra is expanding its faculty and has several exciting open positions for talented educators across various disciplines. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess a strong subject knowledge, a genuine passion for teaching, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory for all positions.

Open Positions:

We are actively recruiting for the following roles:

• PGT – English (Post Graduate Teacher):

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month
  • Responsibilities: Delivering engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons to senior secondary students (Grades XI & XII). Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for the English language. Preparing students for CBSE board examinations and competitive entrance exams. Participating in curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
  • Qualifications: Post Graduate degree in English Literature or related field with a B.Ed. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching English at the PGT level in a CBSE affiliated school is preferred. Strong command over spoken and written English is essential.

• PGT – Physics (Post Graduate Teacher):

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 Per Month
  • Responsibilities: Imparting in-depth knowledge of Physics concepts to senior secondary students (Grades XI & XII). Conducting practical experiments, fostering scientific inquiry, and developing critical thinking skills. Guiding students for competitive examinations like JEE/NEET. Actively participating in science fairs and club activities.
  • Qualifications: Post Graduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Physics at the PGT level in a CBSE affiliated school is preferred. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning enjoyable.

• TGT – Social Studies (Trained Graduate Teacher):

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month
  • Responsibilities: Teaching Social Studies (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics) to secondary students (Grades VI-X). Designing engaging lesson plans, encouraging active participation, and promoting an understanding of societal issues. Preparing students for board examinations and developing their analytical skills.
  • Qualifications: Graduate degree with a B.Ed. in Social Studies or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Social Studies at the TGT level in a CBSE affiliated school is preferred. Thorough knowledge of the CBSE Social Studies curriculum.

• PRT – All Subjects (Primary Teacher):

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 Per Month
  • Responsibilities: Teaching all subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi, etc.) to primary school students (Grades I-V). Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Focusing on foundational concepts, fostering creativity, and developing basic literacy and numeracy skills. Engaging in co-curricular activities and maintaining effective communication with parents.
  • Qualifications: Graduate degree with a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching at the primary level in a CBSE affiliated school is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a patient, child-friendly approach are crucial.
