• Identifying students’ learning needs and providing additional support.

For Primary Teachers (All Subjects)

• Teaching multiple subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.

• Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and moral values among young learners.

• Maintaining classroom discipline in a caring manner.

• Designing fun and interactive activities to enhance learning.

For Art Teacher

• Conducting art classes to develop students’ creativity.

• Guiding students in drawing, painting, and craft projects.

• Organizing school art exhibitions and competitions.

• Introducing various art techniques and styles.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • PGT – Master’s degree in relevant subject with B.Ed.

  • TGT – Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject with B.Ed.

  • Primary Teachers – Graduation with D.El.Ed/B.Ed.

  • Art Teacher – Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts.

• Experience:

  • Prior teaching experience preferred, but freshers with exceptional skills may also apply.

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • Passion for teaching and student development.

  • Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology.
