Detailed Job Descriptions and Requirements:

1. Coaching Faculty (All Subjects)

• Responsibilities: Provide specialized coaching and guidance to students in various subjects to enhance their understanding and performance, particularly for competitive examinations or specific academic goals. Develop and implement effective coaching strategies and materials. Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback.
• Requirements: Proven expertise and a strong track record in coaching students for specific subjects or examinations. Excellent communication and teaching skills.

2. PGT (Post Graduate Teachers) – Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Hindi, English, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Political Science & Geography

• Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for senior secondary classes in their respective subjects, aligned with the relevant curriculum. Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Requirements: Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject. B.Ed. is preferred. Proven experience in teaching senior secondary classes. Strong command of the subject matter and excellent communication skills.

3. TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers) – All Subjects & Coordinator

• Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective lesson plans for secondary classes in their respective subjects. Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Assess student learning and provide feedback. Coordinate academic activities and collaborate with other teachers.
• Requirements: Graduate degree in the relevant subject. B.Ed. is mandatory. Proven experience in teaching secondary classes. Strong communication and organizational skills. Coordinator responsibilities will require additional experience in academic leadership.

4. PRT (Primary Teachers) – All Subjects & Mother Teacher

• Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans for primary school students across all subjects. Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Assess student progress and communicate with parents.
• Requirements: Graduate degree with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. Proven experience in teaching primary school students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Mother Teacher roles require a nurturing and caring approach for younger learners (LKG to 2nd Class).

5. Mother Teacher – For LKG to 2nd Class

• Responsibilities: Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for young learners (LKG to 2nd Class). Implement age-appropriate activities to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate effectively with parents.
• Requirements: Graduate degree with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in working with young children. A nurturing, patient, and caring demeanor.

6. Sports Coach

• Responsibilities: Plan and conduct sports training sessions for students. Coach various sports disciplines. Organize and supervise sports events and competitions. Promote sportsmanship and physical fitness.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or relevant certification. Proven experience in coaching school-level sports. Strong knowledge of various sports and training techniques.

7. Driver

• Responsibilities: Safely transport students and staff to and from school and other designated locations. Maintain the school vehicle in good condition. Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Experience in driving school buses or similar vehicles is preferred.

8. Conductor

• Responsibilities: Assist the driver in ensuring the safe transportation of students. Maintain order and discipline on the school bus. Ensure students board and alight safely at designated stops. Communicate with parents and school authorities as needed.
• Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and supervise children. Prior experience as a school bus conductor is preferred.

9. Peon

• Responsibilities: Assist with various tasks to support the smooth functioning of the school, including delivering messages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic administrative duties.
• Requirements: Basic literacy and physical fitness. Ability to follow instructions and work diligently.

10. Art and Craft/Music Teacher

• Responsibilities: Develop and conduct engaging lessons in Art and Craft and/or Music for students of different age groups. Foster creativity and appreciation for the arts. Organize school art exhibitions and music performances.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Fine Arts, Music, or a related field. Proven experience in teaching Art and Craft and/or Music to school students. Strong practical skills and the ability to inspire creativity.
