1. Principal

• Qualifications: Master’s Degree and B.Ed. are mandatory.

• Experience: 8-10 years in a reputed school.

• Background: Candidates must have an outstanding academic and administrative record, along with proven leadership skills.

• Role: The Principal will oversee academic planning, staff management, student progress, and ensure the school maintains its reputation for excellence.

2. Administrator

• Qualifications: Graduate; preference for recently retired senior Government or PSO officers.

• Skills: Strong administrative experience, proficiency in computer applications, ability to handle office procedures independently.

• Responsibilities: Managing office operations, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day school activities.

3. TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers)

• Subjects: All subjects.

• Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years.

• Role: Deliver effective subject teaching, prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments, and contribute to extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

4. PRTs (Primary Teachers)

• Subjects: Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science.

• Qualifications: B.Ed. or B.El.Ed.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years.

• Role: Engage younger students with innovative teaching methods, ensure concept clarity, and build a strong academic foundation.

5. Counsellor

• Qualifications: Postgraduate in Psychology/Child Development.

• Experience: At least 5 years of counselling students in schools.

• Role: Provide academic, emotional, and career guidance to students. Counsel parents and teachers for student growth and well-being.

6. Accountant

• Qualifications: B.Com.

• Experience: 5 years in a similar role.

• Role: Handle financial records, budgeting, audits, and ensure accuracy in accounts management.

7. Front Desk Executive

• Qualifications: Graduate.

• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role.

• Skills: Excellent communication (spoken and written English), computer proficiency, and organizational skills.

• Role: Manage the front office, coordinate with visitors and staff, and maintain professional communication.
