Current Job Openings:

We are currently seeking applications for the following positions, with the joining date set for 1st June 2025:

1. Teaching Staff (PGT, TGT, PRT – All Subjects):

We are looking for passionate and qualified teachers across all subjects for our Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Primary Teacher (PRT) levels. If you have a deep understanding of your subject matter, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and engage students of different age groups, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities for Teaching Staff:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages active participation.
  • Assess student progress through various methods, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and resources to enhance student understanding and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications for Teaching Staff:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
  • For PGT positions, a Master’s degree in the relevant subject is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and working with students.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Prior teaching experience in a reputed school is desirable.

2. Administrative Roles: HR & Admin:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our administrative team, focusing on Human Resources (HR) and general administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to employee management, school operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities for HR & Admin:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff members.
  • Maintain employee records, manage payroll, and administer benefits programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Assist with the smooth functioning of school events and activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, students, and parents on administrative matters.

Qualifications for HR & Admin:

3. Mess Manager:

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Mess Manager to oversee the operations of our school mess, ensuring the provision of nutritious and hygienic meals for our students and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food services, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities for Mess Manager:

  • Plan and manage the daily menu, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.
  • Oversee the procurement of food supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Manage the mess budget and control costs effectively.
  • Address any dietary requirements or concerns of students and staff.

Qualifications for Mess Manager:

  • Proven experience in managing a mess or catering services, preferably in a residential setting.

  • Ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff.

4. Hostel Leadership: Hostel Rector:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to serve as a Hostel Rector, providing leadership and care for our students residing in the school hostel. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, empathetic, and committed to creating a positive and supportive living environment for our students.

Responsibilities for Hostel Rector:

  • Oversee the well-being, discipline, and safety of students residing in the hostel.
  • Foster a positive and supportive living environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.
  • Supervise hostel staff and ensure the smooth functioning of daily routines.
  • Address student concerns and provide guidance and support.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and school administration regarding hostel matters.
  • Enforce hostel rules and regulations and ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Organize and supervise extracurricular activities and events for hostel residents.
  • Maintain accurate records related to hostel residents.

Qualifications for Hostel Rector:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in a residential care or leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for the well-being of students.
  • Ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline fairly and consistently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
