• Develops lesson plans
• Manages students
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class
• Teaching according to the educational needs

Responsibilities

As an educator for preschoolers, your responsibilities include:

1. Create a fun and engaging program for young children.
2. Use various teaching methods like storytelling and play to educate.
3. Observe and help kids improve social skills and confidence.
4. Encourage interaction and guide conflict resolution.
5. Develop artistic and practical skills through activities.
6. Manage nap and snack times while ensuring safety.
7. Monitor progress and update parents regularly.
8. Communicate with parents to understand their child’s needs.
9. Work closely with fellow educators.
10. Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to act as mediator between children.
• Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable.
• Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen.
