Position: Principal / Vice Principal

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong and effective leadership to the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of staff.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including school operations, staff evaluations, and resource management.
- Lead and inspire the teaching and non-teaching staff towards achieving the school’s goals and objectives.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture, focusing on student well-being and a supportive learning environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must meet the requirements as per the Department of Education (DoE) and CBSE norms.
- A postgraduate degree with a B.Ed./M.Ed. from a recognized university.
- An additional qualification in school leadership or administration will be considered an asset.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, demonstrating a commitment to educational excellence.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in administrative duties, including roles like Head of Department, Vice Principal, or Principal.
- Extensive knowledge of CBSE curriculum and best educational practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing school operations, academic planning, and teacher development.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems in a strategic and effective manner.
- A strong commitment to fostering the overall development of students and staff.
- Experience in budget planning, resource management, and school policies implementation.
- Proficiency in managing staff performance, appraisals, and development programs.
