We are conducting a walk-in interview for a wide range of teaching and non-teaching positions across different subjects and departments.
Positions Available:
1. Vice Principal:
This leadership role is designed for candidates with significant experience in academic management. As a Vice Principal, the candidate will assist in managing the overall operations of the school, ensuring a productive environment for both teachers and students. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational leadership, a deep understanding of curriculum development, and excellent communication skills. A Master’s degree and a B.Ed. are preferred, along with several years of teaching and administrative experience.
2. PGT (Post Graduate Teachers):
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced teachers for senior secondary (classes XI and XII) in the following subjects:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- English
- Mathematics
- Commerce
- Accounts
- History
- Economics
- Political Science
- Information Technology (IT)
Candidates for PGT positions must hold a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. degree. They should have substantial experience teaching senior secondary students, with an in-depth understanding of their subject matter, the ability to engage students in learning, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
3. TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers):
We are also looking for competent and motivated teachers for middle school (classes VI to X) in the following subjects:
- Science
- Social Science
- Mathematics
- English
- Sanskrit
- Hindi
- Computer
- Urdu
Candidates must have a graduate degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. degree. Experience in teaching middle school students is essential, as is the ability to make learning interactive and meaningful.
4. PRT (Primary Teachers):
For the primary section, we need teachers for all subjects. Candidates should possess a graduate degree and a diploma or degree in elementary education (D.El.Ed./B.Ed.). We are looking for passionate educators who can help young students build a strong foundation in academics while ensuring their overall growth and development.
5. Nursery & Pre-Nursery Teachers:
Qualified teachers with a diploma or degree in early childhood education (NTT, ECCE) are invited to apply for the positions in our nursery and pre-nursery sections. Candidates should be able to create a nurturing, stimulating, and fun learning environment for young children.
6. Specialized Teachers:
We are also hiring for the following specialized teaching positions:
- Sports Teacher: Should have a degree in physical education and experience in coaching various sports.
- Music Teacher: Should be skilled in vocal and instrumental music, with the ability to teach students of different age groups.
- Art & Craft Teacher: Should be creative and well-versed in different forms of visual art and crafts, with the ability to inspire students’ creativity.
7. Non-Teaching Staff:
In addition to teaching positions, we are hiring for several non-teaching roles:
- Accountant: Should have experience in school accounting and a good understanding of financial software.
- Back Office Supervisor: Responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
- Site Engineer: Must be experienced in construction and maintenance of school infrastructure.
- Electrician: Required for the school’s electrical maintenance and related duties.
- Driver: Should possess a valid driver’s license and experience in driving school buses.
- Plumber: Must be skilled in plumbing work to maintain the school’s water supply systems.
- Gardener (Mali): Responsible for maintaining the school’s gardens and outdoor spaces.
- Peon/Aaya Didi: Support staff to assist in the daily operations of the school, ensuring cleanliness and helping with minor tasks.
Walk-in Interview Details:
The walk-in interview will be conducted over two days:
- Dates: 18th October and 19th October 2024
- Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Venue: Birla School, In front of CRPF Campus Gate-1, Chiklod Road, Bangrasiya, Bhopal (M.P.)
Candidates interested in any of the above positions are requested to bring their updated resume, a recent passport-size photograph, and copies of their academic and professional documents. The selection process will include an interview and possibly a demonstration class or practical test (for certain roles).
