Job Overview
As the Receptionist / Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents. Your role will involve managing front office operations and ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming Visitors:
Greet visitors and parents with a warm and friendly demeanor. Ensure they feel welcomed and assist them in finding the right information or person they need to connect with. - Managing Communication:
Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments. You will also manage emails and other forms of communication, ensuring timely responses. - Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Your organizational skills will be crucial in keeping the front office running smoothly. - Providing Information:
Be knowledgeable about school policies, programs, and events so that you can provide accurate information to parents and visitors. This will involve staying updated on school activities and any changes in procedures. - Coordinating with Staff:

Requirements
