• Subject Expertise:
• Possess a strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to teach English language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of primary school students.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful atmosphere.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Regularly assess students’ progress through various evaluation methods such as tests, quizzes, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum changes.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff members, and administrators to create a cohesive and supportive school environment.
• Engage in extracurricular activities or clubs that promote English language skills, literacy, and a love for reading and writing.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain a commitment to professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.

Required Candidate profile​

Candidate must have excellent English communication skills.

Candidate must be passionate about teaching.

Candidate must have a caring attitude, willingness to learn and adopt modern teaching style, positive approach, knowledge of discipline and desire to make a difference in life of young minds all these qualities will be preferred.

Candidate must have excellent teaching skills with min 2 years (offline classes before covid 19) of teaching experience in English medium school.
