Schedule:

• Morning shift

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to preschool children’s needs.
• Manage and supervise students in the classroom environment.
• Deliver engaging lessons using creative methods like storytelling, educational play, and multimedia resources.
• Assess individual educational needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster social development and encourage positive interactions among children.
• Guide children in resolving conflicts and promoting peer interaction.
• Implement structured curricula focusing on skills like shape identification, number recognition, color exploration, and crafts.
• Coordinate nap and snack times while ensuring children’s safety and well-being.
• Monitor and document children’s progress and share updates with parents.
• Maintain open communication with parents to understand children’s backgrounds and behaviors.
• Collaborate with fellow educators for a cohesive learning environment.
• Ensure the classroom meets health and safety standards.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher with knowledge of child development principles and preschool education methods.
• Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills to engage young learners effectively.
• Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
• A calm, friendly, and dependable temperament.
• Creativity in developing curricula combined with practical teaching approaches.

Experience:

• Total work experience of at least 1 year (preferred).

Relocation and Commute Requirements:

• Ability to commute to Danapur, Patna, Bihar (required).
• Must relocate to Danapur, Patna, Bihar, before starting work (required).
