Open Positions:
1. Mother Teacher
We are seeking experienced and caring educators to fill the role of Mother Teacher. The Mother Teacher will act as a primary educator and mentor for young children, nurturing their academic and personal development through a holistic approach. This role is essential in helping children build a strong foundation in their early years.
- Responsibilities: Teaching young children, acting as a facilitator for all subjects, managing class activities, and maintaining regular communication with parents.
- Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or B.Ed.
2. Primary Teachers (PRT) – Math, English, EVS
We are looking for dedicated Primary Teachers to teach Mathematics, English, and Environmental Science (EVS).
- Responsibilities: Develop lesson plans, engage students in interactive learning, and create a supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the respective subject and B.Ed. is mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
3. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) – Computer Science, English, Science
Our school seeks enthusiastic and knowledgeable TGTs to teach Computer Science, English, and Science.
- Responsibilities: Create engaging and effective lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and ensure student progress in the subject matter.
- Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the respective subject with B.Ed. Relevant experience in teaching at the secondary school level is a must.
4. Academic Coordinator
We are hiring an Academic Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the academic functions of the school.
- Responsibilities: Oversee curriculum implementation, monitor teacher performance, organize teacher training sessions, and maintain communication between management and teaching staff.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree with at least 5 years of teaching and academic coordination experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
5. Accountant
We are also looking for a skilled and trustworthy Accountant to manage our school’s financial operations.
- Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, prepare financial statements, maintain school budgets, process payments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with experience in school accounting systems. Familiarity with accounting software is a must.
