Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) in the subjects of Mathematics, Biology, and English to join our dedicated faculty team. Key Responsibilities:

As a PGT Teacher at Shree Sudha Sagar Public School, your primary responsibilities will include:

  You will be expected to plan and deliver structured lessons in your respective subject areas (Maths, Biology, or English) to senior secondary students, ensuring the curriculum is covered effectively and engagingly. Your lessons will be designed to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and deep understanding of the subject.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
  You will regularly assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, class tests, and examinations. Timely feedback will be provided to students to help them improve. You will also prepare detailed performance reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ progress.
• Mentorship and Support:
  In addition to teaching, you will serve as a mentor to students, offering academic guidance and personal support. This includes helping students with career choices, college admissions, and any other educational challenges they may face.
• Classroom Management:
  As a PGT teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment within your classroom. You should be able to manage diverse student needs and adapt teaching methods to ensure every student is given the opportunity to succeed.
• Extracurricular Involvement:
