Job Responsibilities and Desired Qualifications:
1. Office Superintendent/PRO
- Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a Graduate degree in any field, with proficiency in computer applications. Knowledge of drafting official documents in both English and Hindi is essential for this role.
- Skills: The candidate should be proficient in computer operations, with experience in managing office correspondence and communication. The role requires someone who can handle administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting the office with day-to-day operations.
- Responsibilities:
- Drafting letters, memos, and official communication in English and Hindi.
- Handling public relations and communications, both internal and external.
- Maintaining records and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
- Assisting senior management in administrative tasks.
2. Accountant
- Qualifications: A B.Com degree with knowledge of accounting software such as Tally is required. In-depth knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, ESI, PF, and other related financial regulations is essential.
- Skills: The candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
- Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day accounting functions.
- Preparing and maintaining financial statements and records.
- Filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Overseeing employee-related financial deductions such as PF and ESI.
- Preparing financial reports for audits and internal purposes.
3. Computer Operator
- Qualifications: The candidate should have knowledge of Corel Draw, Page Maker, and Tally. Proficiency in English and Hindi typing is also necessary.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage digital files and data entry. The role requires someone who is familiar with various office software, including graphic design tools, for administrative and academic purposes.
- Responsibilities:
- Handling data entry and maintaining digital records.
- Assisting in the creation of educational materials, such as pamphlets, reports, and presentations.
- Managing the institution’s digital systems and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems.
- Providing technical support for office-related issues, ensuring the computers and software run efficiently.
4. Receptionist
- Qualifications: A Graduate degree is required, with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: The candidate must be organized, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing is also a plus.
- Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, students, and faculty members, and directing them appropriately.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Managing appointments and schedules for the staff and faculty.
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing records, filing, and general office duties.
5. Clerk
- Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, and must have typing skills in both English and Hindi. A Graduate degree is required.
- Skills: The candidate should be detail-oriented, with the ability to manage clerical duties efficiently. Good communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assisting in record-keeping and maintaining student databases.
- Managing inventory and ordering office supplies when necessary.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative operations of the college.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: While previous experience in similar roles is preferred, fresh graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
