Job Requirements:
- PRT (Primary Teacher):
- Subjects: Science, English, and Mother Teacher
- A B.Ed. degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior teaching experience in Primary classes.
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and create a positive learning environment.
- A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young learners.
- Good communication skills and a passion for helping students grow.
- TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher):
- Subjects: Social Science (SST), English
- A B.Ed. or M.A./M.Sc. in the respective subject.
- Previous experience teaching secondary school students.
- A strong grasp of the subject and ability to make lessons engaging and relevant.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to develop lesson plans, teach effectively, and assess student progress.
- JEE Faculty (Physics, Chemistry):
- Subjects: Physics, Chemistry
- A Master’s degree in the relevant subject or equivalent.
- Prior experience teaching JEE-level students.
- Deep knowledge of JEE syllabus and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to teach using innovative methods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide students.
