PGT – Mathematics

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in the respective subject with a teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in reputed institutions.
Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Proficiency in coaching for competitive exams (e.g., JEE/NEET).
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions.

Selection Process

Candidates will be evaluated based on:

Written Exam: To assess subject expertise.
Demo Session: A teaching demonstration to evaluate classroom delivery and pedagogy.
Interview: A personal interaction to understand the candidate’s vision and alignment with the school’s goals.
