Responsibilities
As a TGT, PRT, or NTT Teacher, you will:
✅ Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for your subject and literature classes.
✅ Foster a love for reading, writing, and communication among students.
✅ Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes participation and collaboration.
✅ Use formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress effectively.
✅ Provide constructive feedback to guide students’ academic and personal growth.
✅ Leverage technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
✅ Work collaboratively with colleagues to align curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements
📚 Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in your subject, Education, or a related field (required).
- Teaching certification.
🛠️ Experience:
- 3 years of teaching experience (required).
- Proven expertise in teaching your subject to students in Grades 10-12.
💬 Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep passion for literature, language arts, and inspiring learning.
- Fluency in English (required).

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
