Join Our Team at Vivekananda Concept School
Vivekananda Concept School is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary and Primary (PRT) educators to teach students from Nursery to Grade-5. Located in a vibrant community, our school is committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic educational environment. For Primary Teachers (English, Maths & EVS): Up to Rs. 30,000 per month.
For Pre-Primary Teachers / Mother Teachers: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month.
For Computers, PE Trainers, Yoga, Dance, Music and Art & Craft: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
For Primary Teachers (Female Candidates Only):
· A Bachelor’s Degree with D.El.Ed or B.Ed is essential.
· At least 4 years of experience in a Primary educational setting is preferred.
· Fresh graduates with good academic records with or without D.El.Ed / B.Ed are encouraged to apply. B-Tech, B.E and MBA graduates are also eligible to apply.
· Candidates with additional certification in Montessori will be given highest priority.
For Pre-Primary Teachers (Female Candidates Only):
A Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Montessori, Nursery, or Early Childhood Education (TTC / D.Ed / D.El.Ed) is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Pre-Primary educational setting is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong academic records along with TTC / D.Ed / D.El.Ed are also welcome to apply. B-Tech, B.E and MBA graduates are also eligible to apply.
Candidates with relevant certification in Montessori, Nursery, or Early Childhood Education will be given highest priority.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties:
Employ current best practices in educational pedagogy and utilize innovative approaches to teaching.
Maintain strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
Engage in and foster collaborative efforts to develop successful educational programs.
Implement and contribute creative methods to enhance children’s learning and development.
Plan and conduct activities that promote comprehensive learning and holistic development of students.
Regularly assess and record students’ progress, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians.
Set clear expectations for student behavior and academic achievements.
Utilize a variety of teaching aids and methodologies to present engaging lessons.
Develop personalized learning experiences to foster interactive learning.
Produce and distribute learning materials like notes and assignments.
Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment.
Support and implement school-wide educational events and activities.
Monitor students to ensure their safety and well-being, reporting any concerns as necessary.
Continuously improve professional skills through participation in educational seminars and conferences.
Manage the safe arrival and departure of students and maintain a positive team spirit among staff and students.
Handle lesson planning, evaluation, and reporting responsibilities effectively.
Additional Skills Required:
Additional skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and familiarity with Smart Tablets and Smart TVs will be advantageous.
