**Job Details:**
**1. Counselors**
As a Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and parents through the academic and career planning process. Your responsibilities will include:
– Providing individual and group counseling sessions.
– Assisting students with course selection and career planning.
– Conducting workshops and seminars on various educational topics.
– Maintaining confidential records and progress reports.
– Coordinating with teachers and parents to support student development.
**Qualifications:**
– A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
