Art & Craft Teacher:

Responsibilities
As a teacher at The Vedic Era Progressive School, you will be expected to:
Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of your students, aligning with the CBSE curriculum.
Create an Engaging Learning Environment: Use innovative teaching methods to make learning interesting and accessible for all students. Your goal is to foster a love of learning in your classroom.
Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and other assessments. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve their academic goals.
Maintain Classroom Discipline: Ensure a positive and disciplined classroom environment where all students feel respected and motivated to learn.
Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment. Share best practices and collaborate on school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, you must meet the following qualifications:
Educational Background: A graduate degree (for TGTs) or a postgraduate degree (for PGTs) in the relevant subject, along with a B.Ed. degree, is required.
Experience: Previous teaching experience is essential. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of successfully teaching their subject areas.
English Fluency: It is compulsory for all candidates to be fluent in speaking English. Strong communication skills in English are necessary to effectively teach and engage with students.
